7. Blush first, glow later

Always wanted to get an effortlessly radiant glow? The trick is to apply a light dusting of blusher before you put your foundation on. Start with a thin layer of moisturizer, and then apply your blusher, followed by the foundation you usually use. Finish off with another light dusting of blusher on top, but careful not to overdo the first application of blusher. Too much of it will make your skin look red, and that’s not a chic look.
