3. Protecting Bird Feeders

Bird feeders help make our yards look pretty while attracting different beautiful bird species with the food you put out. What it shouldn’t attract are those pesky little critters like squirrels that climb up the bird feeders and steal all the bird food away. Coat the poles with generous amounts of WD-40 to make them slippery, preventing squirrels from climbing up.
