Carrying one baby is difficult enough during the last trimester – and carrying four comes with increased risks, both for the mom and for the babies. Bethani was advised by her doctor to give birth by C-section before her due date in order to avoid complications, and she was also put on bed rest during the last trimester for a healthy and safe outcome.
