This cheating scandal was a family affair. The former New York City mayor, Rudy Giuliani, was married to his first cousin. Before his divorce from his second cousin was finalized, he began dating his second wife. Giuliani allegedly had a long-term affair, cheating on his second wife with his press secretary. In the late ’90s, Giuliani met his third wife and used security personnel that were funded by the public to arrange meetings with her. At a press conference, he announced his separation from his second wife and later married Judith Nathan in 2003.
