Moving Farming Forward
The 1940s were a time of transition in the way farmers did their jobs. Tractors were introduced and implemented in the farming industry. Some farmers still used mules and horses. The old fashioned strategy lingered in the early 40s. Farming has to do with nature, and while many things have evolved over the years, nature still remains as it did. Farmers today still use tractors, although other farming equipment has since been innovated to make farming easier for farmers and to help maintain their crops.
