9. Diego Maradona
Legendary “Player of the century” Argentinian footballer Diego Maradon recently passed away on November 25 after suffering a heart attack in his home. At the time of his death, he was 60. Earlier in November, he had undergone a surgery for bleeding in his skull, but he recovered and was apparently in “excellent” condition. Maradona will forever be etched on the pages of history for leading the Argentinian men’s football team to championship in the FIFA World Cup of 86 as well as the controversial “Hand of God.”
