Southern rock and country music legend, Charlie Daniels passed away at age 83 on July 6. He was a member of Grand Ole Opry and his contribution to country music earned him a spot in the Country Music Hall of Fame. During his long running career from 1970 to 2016, he came out with 32 studio albums. The biggest hit of his career came out in 1979, titled “The Devil Went Down to Georgia.” The track made him a one-time Grammy winner.
