Another
symptom that goes hand in hand with loss of appetite, weight loss – a dramatic
drop or even a gradual lessening of your weight – is not an issue to be taken
lightly. Weight loss is normal if you are on a weight loss journey, but it a serious
matter if you’re not trying to loss the weight. Stress can also be a
contributing factor to weight loss, but then again, you know when it’s not
normal. If you have lost more than 5% of your total body weight within six
months that you cannot explain away, it’s time to check in with your doctor.
