Nausea and vomiting can mean anything under the sun, and it is very much a normal occurrence if you are pregnant. If you’re not pregnant, it can be a viral infection such as gastroenteritis, or what’s commonly known as the stomach flu. Certain medications can also cause nausea and vomiting. While there are many factors contributing to this, it’s a rare occurrence when nausea and vomiting leads to something serious. Pancreatic cancer is one such issue. The pancreas are responsible for generating digestive enzymes that help your stomach properly process the food. Tumors brought about by pancreatic cancer causes major upheavals in the stomach, resulting in nausea and vomiting. Check in with your doctor if you’re experiencing this for no apparent reason.
