Aaliyah Haughton was a recording artist who was releasing top tracks early in the 2000s. She was recording with Timbaland and Missy Elliott, making amazing singles that everyone was dancing to, and even starring in films. After recording in the Bahamas she boarded her plane, which crashed, resulting in her death, alongside everyone else on board. Her pilot was unlicensed and on drugs at the time of the incident, and as a result he overloaded the plane. An artist lost at her prime.
