Freemasonry attracts all kinds of people; thus, it’s expected that people from different backgrounds would convene at the lodges. Although freemasonry is known to draw many influential people, including presidents, the fraternity stands by equity and equality. This means that casual laborers stand shoulder to shoulder with company CEOs during meetings, and bragging about your wealth doesn’t change anything either. Moreover, members are only given titles according to their contributions towards the fraternity’s greater good.
