The actor admits that he interchanges between agnosticism and atheism. Pitt was not always a non-believer. He had a religious background and upbringing. In his childhood days, he was raised in a strict Southern Baptist household. So, what changed? Well, it seems the religious life was not a good fit for the heartthrob actor. He decided to convert to agnosticism and atheism. He spoke about his beliefs in an interview with the New York Daily News, saying, “I’m probably 20 percent atheist and 80 percent agnostic. I don’t think anyone really knows.”
