Throughout the many years of society, it has been said that women care more about their image than men do. The stereotype even existed during the era of the Wild West. Women had practiced better hygiene care than men did. Because most women weren’t our riding horses in the dirt, they were known to smell better than men. Men would go days without bathing. Women would regularly wash their hands and their face even though they didn’t bathe every day.
