Part of the Obamas’ yard includes another private, spacious courtyard. There’s plenty of entertaining space to enjoy during the summers in Washington D.C.; there’s even an eight-person dining table for warm weather outdoor eating. Next to additional seating sits a grassy flat area, ideal for family picnics or a quick game of bocce. To keep the courtyard nice and secure, the Obamas’ home has a tall privacy fence that surrounds the property.
