The grand entryway is another story altogether. The unassuming front door opens up to classic black and white diamond marbling in the foyer. With paneled white doors found on both sides of the narrow entry, the foyer is furnished with an antique oak buffet and lighting. The space welcomes guests with the feel of old money and modern luxury almost immediately. And this is just the entryway! The Obamas’ new residence spans 8,200 square feet, featuring nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms. That’s a lot of house that sits on only half an acre.
