12. Silence in the Saluki.
The stunning, silk-haired sighthound known as the “silent” Saluki, is known for being reserved, respectful, and happily independent, keeping to themselves more often than not. While these quiet pooches may appear distant to strangers, they are actually very affectionate with their owners and families. Saluki dogs never bark without reason, meaning that there are a few rare cases where they may get a touch noisy, but they’re quickly temperament when their owner shows them love.
