While drainage problems, more specifically blockages, are common and can be fixed, this shoddy job is unacceptable. The person who landscaped this park disregarded the most basic landscaping concept, drainage. Slopes are essential because they direct rainwater to drainage pipes, thereby helping avoid occurrences such as these. This worker completely forgot how slopes and drainage systems work because the place looks flooded even with a drain in place. We sure hope this issue gets fixed since the park’s greenery is at risk of dying from excess water.
