The Porcelain Tower of Nanjing was built in 1412, during the Ming dynasty. It was part of the former Great Bao’en Temple and is a historical site. It was a pagoda construction that left people in awe and was considered one of the seven wonders of the Medieval world. The original tower was destroyed in the 19th century by a rebellion, but in 2010, a wealthy Chinese man decided to create a replica, and in December 2015, the park opened to the public..
