10. Meredith Baxter
American actress and producer, Meredith Baxter has been a part of the public eye since the 70s. She is probably best known for her role in “Family Ties”. Throughout her acting career, she married three times and had five children with two different husbands. Her second marriage to co-star David Birney was both highly publicized and toxic, according to Baxter. In her memoir, she wrote, “It was so sudden and unexpected, I couldn’t tell you which hand hit me, or even how hard.” After all her failed marriages to men, she came out as a lesbian to Matt Lauer on “Today” in 2009. She confessed she’d had her first homosexual relationship with a woman in 2002, and had finally come to terms with her sexual orientation.
