3. Maltese
Maltese puppies are great furry companions for people with allergies. They have hair instead of fur, making them hypoallergenic. When kept sufficiently groomed, these happy puppies are beautiful. Like many breeds on this list, maltese dogs are small and portable. They love being able to sit on their owners’ laps and being pet. Meltese dogs prefer enclosed spaces, making them an excellent breed for indoor living. Be forewarned though: maltese can be yappy if they’re not sufficiently trained.
