Known for the explosive overnight hit “Duck Dynasty”, Willie Robertson also supports Donald Trump. Clad in an American flag bandanna and ZZ Top-style beard, Nelson spoke at the Republican National Convention in 2016, months before Trump eventually won the presidential election. Months after the 2016 election, Robertson admitted his family had been torn about the endorsement. Korie Robertson, wife and co-star of “Duck Dynasty”, said “a lot of prayer went into [casting her vote]”. Willie Robertson’s support didn’t wane months after the election either. “[Trump is] not a politician and so that’s what I loved about him… He’s not polished and he says stuff… I think he’ll find his groove in there.”
