Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were Hollywood’s sexiest couple for so many years, it’s difficult to think of them divorced now. Thanks to them both working on 2015’s “By the Sea” though, this disaster became a reality. While doing press for the movie, Jolie confessed that filming was a strain on her and Pitt’s marriage due to the subject matter of the movie. It depicts the disintegration of a marriage, and mirrored Jolie and Pitt’s own. The two reportedly butted heads while on set. Only a year after the film’s release, Jolie filed for divorce.
