But before you do, here’s a little trick that might just save you a few days: nail polish! Clear, regular nail polish seems to be able to temporarily fix not only a run in your stockings, but also prevent your window from cracking even further. Depending on the size of your hairline crack, grab a few nail polish bottles and use them plentifully, then avoid touching the surface until perfectly dry.
