James Haven Voight is an American actor and producer. He is the older brother of actress Angelina Jolie and son of Jon Voight and Marcheline Bertrand. He began his acting career in 1998 and had minor roles in several films, in which his sister also starred. He and Angelina were both estranged from their father for several years. During this time, he legally dropped “Voight” as his surname. He and his father reconciled in 2007 after a six-year estrangement when his mother died from ovarian cancer.
