The Dangling Noose
In 2015, a night hiker from Tennessee was hiking through the Appalachian trail when he came face to face with this dangling noose. The good thing is that nothing was hanging it from, and there was no human presence around. However, the next morning when he went back to the tree, the noose wasn’t there, which was a relief. But, as he went night hiking the following night, the noose was back. How scary is that?
