Storms can have adverse effects such as death and destruction of property. Nevertheless, a particular breed of people known as ‘fossil hunters’ often takes advantage of these situations to scavenge lost treasures. A group of hunters was out scavenging when they dug up this half-submerged mask. After trying to pull it free, the strange thing is that the mask wouldn’t bulge; it felt like the mud didn’t want to let go. Although they did manage to get it loose, it brought chills of the comedy film The Mask.
