During her modeling days in Europe, Melania was a big brand and once posed nude for the Max Magazine. Democrats used photos obtained by The New York Post from the now-defunct French magazine to derail Trump’s ascension to Presidency. According to reports from close friends, Melania found it hard landing modeling gigs when she moved to the States in 1996, which might explain the photos from the 1997 issue. Her career took a turn for the better when she was linked to Trump in 1998.
