During her modeling exploits in Europe from the ’80s to the mid-’90s, Melania reportedly learned four more languages in addition to Slovenian. The former First Lady is never shy when it comes to her proficiency in five European languages, Slovenian, French, English, Italian, and German. However, a 2017 clip may present a different story since Melania struggles to communicate with the Pope who addressed her in Italian. What is known is that her son, Barron Trump, is fluent in Slovenian and boasts an Eastern European accent.
